出色的隔热性能
Advanced thermal insulation
在炎热的季节,板材的表面温度可能会达到+50℃。U值用来表示一种给定采光材料所能提供的热透射率水平(U值越高,材料的绝热性能越差,会损失更多的热量)。下表中比较了同等厚度的玻璃和实心板的U值(板材越厚,隔热性越强,U值越低,热损失会减少)。任何厚度的的U值都比玻璃的U值低。也就是说,采用聚碳酸酯翻边实心板安装系统的建筑,其建筑内部的热损失,以及外部进入到建筑内的热量都要比采用玻璃的建筑少。这意味着能节省6.5-9%的能量开支,具体体现在冬天取暖和夏天空调上。注意:采用日光控制型板材会降低太阳能穿透,这将进一步降低夏天的空调成本。
In hot season ,surface temperature of sheet may reach to +50℃ .The U value represents the thermal transmittance level of daylighting materials.(higher U value,lower thermal insula
tion,more energy loss).The following form compared U value of glass with polycarbonate solid sheet with same thickness (thicker sheets ,better thermal insulation,lower U value,less
thermal loss).Any thickness of polycarbonate sheets has a lower U value than glass ,In other words,the thermal loss inside and thermal transmission from outside of the architectures with U-lock polycarbonate solid system will be lower than with glass materials.That means it could save about 6.5-9% energy consumption which embodied in winter heating and summer cooling. Notice:sunlight control sheets could low solar energy transmission and this will reduce the cost of summer air-condition .


防UV辐射
UV Resistant 
由于集成了共挤UV保护层,聚碳酸酯板能在长时间 内保持其机械性能和透明度。这个保护层不会随着时间的流逝而剥落。附图中说明了在加速风化条件下(耐气候 试验机模拟暴露),相当于暴露在室外 20 年时间后的结果。U型实心板的透光率基本保持稳定。
PC sheet is able to maintain its mechanical  property and transparency due to its co-extruded  UV layer, which would not exfoliate over time. Figures attached to shows that sheet’s light transmission keep stable after the sheets are exposed  to weather equal to 20 years under the speeded  weathering.
